Singapore-Based Esports Talent Agency EMERGE Esports Launches – The Esports Observer|home of essential esports business news and insights

Singapore-based esports talent management agency EMERGE Esports announced that it has officially opened its doors and has already signed more than 40 esports athletes and personalities. 

Some of that talent includes German Dota 2 streamer Dominik “Black^” Reitmeier,  former EVOS Esports player Robert “Oh Deer Bambi” Boon, and the Valorant, PUBG Mobile, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang rosters of Singaporean esports organization Kingsmen, among others.

The agency, which was officially incorporated in July, has also secured more than a dozen brands to support its esports talent including Red Bull, SteelSeries, Royale Ergonomics, Embily, StashAway, Reubiks Academy, and Singaporean fruit tea brand Partea. 

EMERGE Esports is being led by Chief Gaming Officer Pang Xue Jie, who won a gold medal in table tennis in the 2017 Southeast Asian Games before retiring in 2018. Other members of the executive team include CEO Roy Kek, Deputy CEO Marjorie Poon, Chief Operations Officer Jia Jun, and advisers Samuel Chen and Wilson Wang. A majority of the staff have worked at or currently have ties to Singapore-based digital marketing and public relations agency, DIFY Singapore.
