junior has been by far the best performer for Triumph in recent times, averaging a 1.33 rating in IEM Beijing-Haidian North America to push his team to the grand final, in which they will face Chaos for the title and a spot in the IEM Global Challenge.
While junior‘s form warrants FURIA‘s interest, introducing an American player to the fully-Brazilian team would provide a new set of challenges for the team that is currently ranked seventh in the world and won three out of four tournaments they played in North America after the player break.
According to the earlier report, HEN1 would still take part in FURIA‘s end-of-year tournament obligations, namely BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, DreamHack Masters Winter, and IEM Global Challenge, with a new player set to join the team for 2021. FURIA reportedly do not rule out the possibility of doing multiple changes, with a second player potentially being shown the exit door as well.
